Our “Ready for Tomorrow” assessment will compare your community to current and future prospect preferences and desires, identify key opportunities to enhance your product and contract offerings, and provide valuable insight into next steps for your community. Prior to visiting, we’ll review your marketing strategy and materials to see if you are well positioned for today’s competitive environment. Then we’ll take a detailed tour of your campus, including community space, model apartments and open inventory, during which we rate each facet of the community on a scale of 1 to 10, where “10” represents the best offerings in Life Plan Communities today.
After reviewing the assessment, you and your leadership team will have a clear understanding of what you need to do to position your community to be successful over the coming decade.
